- 1 teaspoon of baking powder (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch round cake pan.
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and set aside half a cup for topping.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, milk, and baking powder until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar or topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
