- 1 lb of pork rinds (crushed)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp of onion powder
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crushed pork rinds, shredded cheese, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until fully combined, avoiding overmixing to keep the texture light.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
