Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 lb of pork rinds (crushed)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp of onion powder
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crushed pork rinds, shredded cheese, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until fully combined, avoiding overmixing to keep the texture light.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These snacks can be served hot with garlic herb butter or as bite-sized hors d’oeuvres garnished with fresh herbs.
