Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and slice the apples thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, ensuring the seeds are removed.
  3. Lightly spray the apple slices with coconut oil and sprinkle them generously with cinnamon.
  4. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping for even frying.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, checking and flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before serving—the chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
