- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Dipping sauce of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss until coated.
- Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
- Remove, taste, and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For maximum crunch, consider briefly steaming florets before air frying. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
