- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions. Mix well to combine the flavors.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a scoop of the cooked beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place it seam side down to secure.
- Continue with the remaining tortillas until the filling is used up.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the taco sticks with cooking spray and place them seam side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden, checking halfway to ensure even cooking.
