Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and place a scoop of the cooked beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place it seam side down to secure.
  5. Continue with the remaining tortillas until the filling is used up.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Lightly spray the taco sticks with cooking spray and place them seam side down in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden, checking halfway to ensure even cooking.
