Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss until well coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the apple mixture evenly, then crumble the oat mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
