- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss until well coated.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the apple mixture evenly, then crumble the oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
