  • 1 can (15 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen asparagus, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, thawed asparagus, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving to let the flavors meld.
