Instructions

  2. Carefully add the feta cheese on top of the vegetable mix.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
  5. Gently toss all the ingredients together, being careful to avoid mashing the avocados.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
