Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados, strawberries, and mango.
  2. Add the finely chopped red onion and fresh cilantro.
  3. Squeeze in the lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Gently mix all ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
