- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados, strawberries, and mango.
- Add the finely chopped red onion and fresh cilantro.
- Squeeze in the lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently mix all ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
Notes
