			- 2 ripe bananas
 - 2 cups rolled oats
 - 2 cups milk (can substitute with almond milk)
 - 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - Pinch of salt
 - Optional toppings: nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth with just a few chunks.
 - Add the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
 - Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
 - Top with optional nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit if desired.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
