- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or air fryer to medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Cook the skewers on the grill or in the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized, turning occasionally.
- Serve the chicken skewers drizzled or dipped in Bang Bang sauce.
Notes
Ensure that your chicken is cut into uniform pieces for even cooking. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
