Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, stirring until it thickens (about 2 minutes).
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.

For optimal texture, slice the beef against the grain. Consider marinating the beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking for a richer flavor.
