Recreate the café experience at home with this indulgent caramel ribbon drink featuring brewed coffee, creamy milk, and a satisfying crunchy topping.

- 1 cup brewed coffee (hot)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- 2–3 tablespoons whipped cream (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons crunchy topping (crushed cookies, toffee bits, or crushed caramel candies)
Instructions
- Brew a cup of coffee and pour it into a large mug.
- In a separate container, mix together the milk, caramel sauce, and vanilla syrup until dissolved.
- Heat the milk mixture until warm but not boiling (about 140–150°F / 60–65°C).
- Froth the milk mixture until smooth and foamy.
- Pour the frothed milk mixture over the brewed coffee, holding back foam with a spoon and then spooning foam on top.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with your choice of crunchy toppings. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the whipped cream and crunch. Enjoy!
Notes
Use whole milk for the creamiest texture. For a vegan version, use oat milk and dairy-free toppings. Adjust sweetness by using sugar-free syrups.
