  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground bison, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Be careful not to overmix the ingredients; this keeps the meat loaf tender. Use a meat thermometer to accurately test for doneness.
