Description

Crispy on the outside and tender within, Cabbage Vegetable Manchurian is a flavorful snack that brings comfort and warmth, making it perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, and green onions.
  2. Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot with soy sauce or chili sauce.

Notes

Ensure the oil is hot before adding the balls to prevent them from soaking up too much oil. A gentle fold is sufficient to maintain texture.
