  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup onion (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Sauté until tender.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to blend.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, mixing until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
