- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and letting it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the seafood mixture in the skillet and toss to combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
