Candy Cane Fudge


Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and half of the crushed candy canes (reserve the rest for topping).
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes and chopped nuts on top for decoration.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve these festive treats to share the joy!
