Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, mix in peppermint extract and salt.
  4. Fold in half of the crushed candy canes.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set and firm.
  8. Remove from the dish, cut into squares, and serve.
