- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and allow the crust to cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
For a different flavor profile, swap pecans for walnuts or almonds. Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free version.
