Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (oat milk, almond milk, or 2%/skim milk)
  • 1/2 cup brewed instant coffee (cooled)
  • 1/4 cup homemade dark caramel sauce (plus extra to drizzle)
  • Whipped cream, for topping (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Caramel crunch topping, for garnish (about 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 2 cups ice, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup brewed instant coffee, and 1/4 cup homemade dark caramel sauce. Blend on high until smooth and slushy, about 20–30 seconds.
  2. Pour the frappuccino into a chilled glass.
  3. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and drizzle more dark caramel sauce over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the caramel crunch topping on the whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately after preparation for the best texture. If storing, re-blend with fresh ice before serving.
