- 1 cup milk (oat milk, almond milk, or 2%/skim milk)
- 1/2 cup brewed instant coffee (cooled)
- 1/4 cup homemade dark caramel sauce (plus extra to drizzle)
- Whipped cream, for topping (about 2 tablespoons)
- Caramel crunch topping, for garnish (about 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 cups ice, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup brewed instant coffee, and 1/4 cup homemade dark caramel sauce. Blend on high until smooth and slushy, about 20–30 seconds.
- Pour the frappuccino into a chilled glass.
- Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and drizzle more dark caramel sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the caramel crunch topping on the whipped cream and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately after preparation for the best texture. If storing, re-blend with fresh ice before serving.
