Description

A beautifully arranged charcuterie board featuring a selection of cheeses, meats, fruits, and nuts, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 150g Brie cheese
  • 150g aged cheddar
  • 100g blue cheese (optional)
  • 100g prosciutto
  • 100g salami
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup sliced apples or figs
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • ½ cup olives
  • A drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (like rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Assemble all items on a large cutting board or platter.
  2. Cheese Placement: Start by cutting the cheeses into wedges or slices. Place them in different areas of the board, leaving space between each.
  3. Meat Arrangement: Fold the prosciutto and salami into quarters. Strategically position the meats around the cheeses.
  4. Add Fruits: Scatter berries and sliced apples/figs artistically across the board. Make sure to create some height with the fruit.
  5. Nuts and Olives: Fill in gaps with mixed nuts and olives, adding a crunchy touch.
  6. Finishing Touches: Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze over selected fruits and cheese, and garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. Invite & Serve: Place your charcuterie board on the table, encouraging guests to dive right in!
