- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or similar)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional Toppings: sliced pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cheddar cheese soup, milk, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and the cooked beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Notes
Be careful not to overmix the ingredients. Add a dash of hot sauce to the meat mixture for a spicy kick.
