- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 113 g)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 56 g)
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-8 minutes, until fully cooked and golden. Remove from heat.
- Lay tortillas flat, spread creamy garlic sauce over each, and evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then fold each tortilla into a wrap.
- Grill wraps in the same non-stick pan, seam-side down, for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let wraps rest for 1 minute, cut in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
