Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced (about 12 oz / 340 g total)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, about 113 g)
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup spinach or lettuce, loosely packed
  • 4 tortillas (8-inch flour tortillas recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and minced garlic to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked (no pink inside, juices run clear), about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Once chicken is cooked, add sliced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and evenly distributed.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat and fill it with the chicken mixture and fresh spinach or lettuce.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.

Notes

Perfect for quick dinners, portable lunches, or casual entertaining. To prevent sogginess, place greens on the side when packing.
