  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and cooked sausage or bacon if using.
  4. Grease a baking dish or pie pan and pour the egg mixture into it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
