- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and cooked sausage or bacon if using.
- Grease a baking dish or pie pan and pour the egg mixture into it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
