- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, cooked protein, and diced vegetables until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
