Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cut into cubes (about 1.251.5 lb total)
  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (about 113 g)
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (packed; about 50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until browned, then remove from heat.
  4. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  5. Slice tops off Kaiser rolls and hollow out centers.
  6. Brush hollowed rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning.
  7. Bake rolls on a sheet for 4–5 minutes until toasted.
  8. Combine chicken, pasta, and Alfredo sauce in a skillet, warm and adjust seasoning.
  9. Fill bread bowls with mixture, top with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake filled bowls for 4–5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  11. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, avoid overfilling bread bowls to prevent sogginess. Toasting the bowls before filling helps maintain crispness.
