- 8 oz pasta (linguine or penne)
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot, then cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender yet still vibrant.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the Parmesan cheese. Toss everything to mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if desired.
