Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cups cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook for around 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
- Toss in the chopped cabbage and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- If using, drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
