- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and green beans; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and soy sauce; stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
