Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and green beans; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add garlic and soy sauce; stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the vegetables to retain their vibrant color and crunch. Can be paired with jasmine rice or grain noodles.
