Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until sticky.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Dip each coconut ball in melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Add optional toppings while chocolate is wet.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set. Enjoy!
