- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache for filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and create a thumbprint in the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool slightly on the baking sheet.
- Fill each thumbprint with chocolate ganache and allow to set before serving.
