- 10 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 celery stalk (for the trunk)
- 1 cup red, green, and black seedless grapes (clipped into small clusters)
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (cut into ¾-inch cubes)
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (cut to similar size)
- 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese (cut to match sizes)
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1–2 star fruits (sliced)
- 1 cup assorted nuts (preferably almonds)
- 1 green kiwi fruit (sliced)
Instructions
- Outline your tree with fresh rosemary sprigs, starting small at the top and expanding outward as you go down.
- Position the celery stalk at the bottom to serve as the trunk.
- Layer the ingredients starting with the largest row at the bottom, alternating between cheese rows and grape clusters.
- Arrange kiwi slices at the top of the tree, followed by a slice of starfruit at the peak.
- Scatter cranberries throughout the tree for color, and place nuts around the base covering the celery trunk.
- Cover the charcuterie tree with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
Notes
