Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza Made with Crescent Rolls


Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • Optional Cream Cheese Topping:
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Open the package of crescent roll dough and roll it out on a baking sheet, stretching it gently to form a pizza shape.
  3. Use a pastry brush to coat the dough evenly with melted butter.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle it evenly over the buttered dough.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. While the pizza is baking, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth for the optional topping.
  7. Once out of the oven, allow the pizza to cool slightly, then drizzle with the cream cheese mixture if using.
  8. Cut into eight slices and enjoy!
