Instructions
- Cook the tri-color rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, sliced black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the pasta salad and toss to combine gently to avoid overmixing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors marry.
