Delicious and easy-to-make cookies made with coconut flour, perfect for any occasion.

			- 1 cup coconut flour
 - 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
 - 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
 - 4 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil (or butter), honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
 - Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
 - In another bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
 - Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
 - Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. A great indicator is when you see slight browning on the edges.
 - Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before enjoying!
 
Notes
Avoid overmixing the dough to maintain a light texture. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
