- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut (e.g., Coco López)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Thaw the tube of frozen orange concentrate until pourable.
- In a blender, add the thawed orange concentrate, coconut milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cream of coconut.
- Add ice to the blender.
- Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or texture as needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a less sugary version, consider using maple syrup or a liquid sweetener. Avoid over-blending to maintain froth.
