  • 1 (12 oz) tube frozen orange concentrate, thawed (about 340 g)
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut (e.g., Coco López)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Thaw the tube of frozen orange concentrate until pourable.
  2. In a blender, add the thawed orange concentrate, coconut milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cream of coconut.
  3. Add ice to the blender.
  4. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or texture as needed.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

For a less sugary version, consider using maple syrup or a liquid sweetener. Avoid over-blending to maintain froth.
