Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple juice, orange juice, grated ginger, and honey (if using).
- Add coconut water and blend on medium speed until fully combined and smooth — about 10–20 seconds.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a silky texture, if desired, then serve chilled, garnished with a slice of pineapple or orange.
Notes
Use ripe pineapple for natural sweetness and adjust ginger to taste. For a vegan option, replace honey with maple syrup or agave.
