- 1 cup milk (whole milk recommended)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, milk, ice, caramel sauce, and sugar (if using).
- Blend on high until smooth and the ice is crushed to your preferred texture — about 20–30 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or strength by adding more caramel or espresso as desired.
- Pour into a tall glass and top generously with whipped cream.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the whipped cream and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter drink, substitute 2% milk or unsweetened almond milk. To make it vegan, use oat or soy milk and a vegan caramel sauce.
