Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole milk recommended)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, milk, ice, caramel sauce, and sugar (if using).
  2. Blend on high until smooth and the ice is crushed to your preferred texture — about 20–30 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or strength by adding more caramel or espresso as desired.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and top generously with whipped cream.
  5. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter drink, substitute 2% milk or unsweetened almond milk. To make it vegan, use oat or soy milk and a vegan caramel sauce.
