- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Fresh basil, for garnish
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown it for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to incorporate.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top of the marinara sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
