A comforting blend of garlicky chicken wrapped in crispy tortillas with gooey melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (about 10 oz / 283 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened (112 g)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 113 g)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 56 g)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (28 g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until creamy.
- Spread the chicken mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding the ends in to prevent filling leakage. Place seam-side down.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
These wraps are best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
