Crab Crescent Bites Delight

Description

Warm pastry hugging a creamy, briny crab filling, perfect for parties or brunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish — optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each small triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes. Optional: sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Keep cream cheese at room temperature for easier mixing. Don’t overfill to prevent leakage.
