  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red bell pepper, and diced jalapeños.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
  5. Serve chilled or warm with tortilla chips.
