- 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the ranch dressing mix and chicken broth.
- Stir in the softened cream cheese and heat over medium heat until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well coated in the creamy sauce.
- Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated throughout. Serve hot and enjoy!
