Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the ranch dressing mix and chicken broth.
  3. Stir in the softened cream cheese and heat over medium heat until melted and combined.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  5. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated throughout. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
