  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken cutlets with garlic Parmesan seasoning and black pepper.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet into the cream mixture, ensuring it is fully coated, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook each coated chicken cutlet for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the brown cutlets to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C). For extra crunch, mix panko with crushed cornflakes.
