  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until chicken is well coated.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken bites for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. For an added brightness, stir in lemon juice (optional).
  6. Toss the grilled chicken bites in the creamy garlic sauce or drizzle the sauce on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For the best experience, use fresh garlic. To avoid overcooking, use a meat thermometer, chicken is done at 165°F.
