  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and broccoli, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and sautéed vegetables to the cream mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
