- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and broccoli, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and sautéed vegetables to the cream mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
