- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove the thighs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce is smooth.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
