Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the Arborio rice, milk, cream, sugar, and salt.

  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture is creamy (about 20-25 minutes).
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  6. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Notes
