Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the Arborio rice, milk, cream, sugar, and salt.

- Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture is creamy (about 20-25 minutes).
- Stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
